Data Analyst, Commercial

Sympower is looking for an energetic Commercial Data Analyst to join their Sales Operations Team. The fast-growing company needs a data enthusiast to merge commercial and technical skills, impacting strategic decisions. The role involves working closely with the Marketing & Sales Team to develop KPI frameworks for the company's commercial goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Master the data landscape by understanding existing systems and defining a roadmap for 2025.
• Create advanced KPI dashboards and evolve manual dashboards into automated platforms.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability in commercial data and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with various teams to build an integrated company-wide KPI platform.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role
• Proven experience handling, owning, and analyzing complex datasets
• Experience in data visualization for various purposes and audiences
• Coding experience in Python and SQL
• Comfortable working with colleagues across the organization, including C-level
