What will you do?
As our Customer Support Officer, you are at the heart of our customer experience. You don’t just handle inquiries, you build relationships, anticipate needs and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Your impact:
- Serve as the primary contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering exceptional support and guidance
- Process bookings and requests efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments to provide solutions
- Advise customers on our services and collaborate with management to improve processes
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Officer or in a similar role within a service‑oriented organization
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of the Offshore, Maritime or Renewable industries is a strong advantage
- Hands‑on experience with customer service tools, CRM systems or booking platforms
