Your job

As a Data Advisor, you play a pivotal role in the Data Management Grid. Some examples of your responsibilities:

• Continuously align with Business Stakeholders to advise on how Data Analytics can bring value for them, and to understand their needs
• Identify potential improvements and gaps in existing products and processes by bringing the outside-in view on Data Analytics
• Translate the strategic vision to the functional implementation of the products and processes
• Actively contribute to the drafting and maintenance of the necessary policy frameworks, policies and standards
• Create awareness and involvement within the organization by developing learning materials, publications, information meetings, and all other forms of communication
• Take care of priority, cooperation, knowledge sharing, and process and capabilities building with regard to Data Analytics

Your profile

Master’s degree or similar

At least 3 years of experience with:

• Business Intelligence, Analytics and/or Advanced Analytics
• Consulting, stakeholder management, and Communication
• New data integration concepts
• Conceptual thinking
• Effective problem-solving
• Understanding and bridging the world of Business, Data, and IT
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (understanding of Dutch is appreciated)
