Based: Asia region
You will be involved with all legal matters regarding the company and large scale international technical projects in the region, with amongst others the following perspectives:
- Legal, tax, finance, corporate structuring of the company and its projects
- Negotiating very different types of contracts, JV and M&A deals
- Negotiating and discussing with governments, commercial banks etc.
- Stakeholder management and tasks
- Corporate secretary work
- Different types of operational matters, project management, compliance, privacy, etc.
