Your Responsibilities

  • Operating and setting up packaging and production equipment.
  • Performing visual checks on materials, machine settings, and process information.
  • Changing machine setups for different production runs and clearing lines.
  • Inspecting packaging and equipment according to established standards.
  • Keeping machines and work areas clean; resolving minor technical issues.
  • Analyzing malfunctions and contributing to long-term solutions.
  • Reporting on safety, quality, and production results during shift handovers.

  • Willingness to work in a 5‑shift system.
  • Relevant experience as a (mechanical) operator.
  • A safe, accurate working approach with attention to cleanliness and order.
  • Proactive mindset and sense of responsibility.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

What We Offer

  • Salary up to €3,357.75 gross per month based on 36 hours, excluding a 28.70% shift allowance.
  • A 36‑hour work week, with an average workload of 33.6 hours due to the shift structure.
  • Year-end bonus of 4%.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 50 km one way).
  • Pension scheme with an employee contribution of approx. 2.5%.
  • Option to participate in a bike‑lease program.
  • Support for training and development.
