To lead and manage our client’s purchasing operations, develop strong international supplier relationships, and collaborate with commercial teams to optimize product portfolio performance.
- Manage and lead a purchasing team of 2 associates
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams on commercial projects
- Monitor and improve the performance of current brands and product portfolio
- Manage key supplier relationships, especially for strategic and complex matters
- Identify and onboard new suppliers in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Coordinate purchasing activities for group companies in Sweden, Romania, and the UK
- Source new products tailored to local market needs across different regions
- Ensure efficiency and cost optimization within purchasing process
Requirements
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in purchasing / procurement
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Mandatory experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
- Food industry experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Arabic products/markets is a must.
- Proven experience in international supplier management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
