Are you ready to shape the future of sport through world‑class supply chain execution? We are looking for a Supply Chain Ops Specialist to join an exciting project at a global sports apparel brand.
You will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure our most critical Sports initiatives deliver against commercial expectations-on time, in full, and with premium service standards.
What You'll Do
- Drive operational performance across priority Sports growth areas, ensuring launch excellence
- Optimize launch demand and supply, balancing commercial ambition with operational feasibility
- Improve end‑to‑end launch readiness through stronger visibility, execution discipline, and KPI tracking
- Deliver a premium customer experience through timely, accurate, and professional communication
- Own customer order management and issue resolution, partnering cross‑functionally to meet delivery expectations
- Act as a trusted supply chain partner to Commercial teams, leveraging SAP, Airtable, and data to manage risk and drive continuous improvement
You'll collaborate closely with a broad stakeholder ecosystem, including Brand Merchandising, Sales & Account Teams, Marketplace & Commercial Planning, Demand & Supply Management (DSM), Supply Chain Planning & Logistics, External logistics partners (including ELC), MSC and other operational teams.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Operations, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
- Customer‑facing experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver a premium service mindset
- Strong understanding of demand & supply management and order‑to‑cash processes
- A highly analytical, solution‑driven mindset, able to turn data into clear decisions
- Experience working with tools such as SAP, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within diverse cross‑functional teams
- Confidence managing ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A quick learner, comfortable adopting new tools, processes, and ways of working

- Location: Hilversum- Hybrid
- Duration: 6+ months with extensions
