In this position, you are fully responsible for everything related to the product domain: from assortment and pricing strategy to supplier management, inventory, and availability. Your goal is to ensure that the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right price.You operate in an international environment, collaborating closely with suppliers and stakeholders across different countries.You will lead the Product Management team and play a key role within the Management Team, giving you direct influence on the company’s strategic direction and growth.

- Lead the Product Management team, bringing structure, clarity, and focus
- Develop and optimize the product portfolio, with a focus on LED solutions for the agricultural sector
- Oversee product quality, positioning, and pricing strategy
- Take ownership of procurement and supplier relationships
- Work closely with international suppliers, actively managing lead times, quality, and performance
- Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
- Create forecasts and translate them into purchasing plans
- Monitor deliveries and inventory positions, adjusting where necessary
- Design and improve scalable processes
- Enhance systems, structure, and data quality
- Actively contribute as a member of the Management Team
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and act as a sparring partner for leadership and teams
Requirements

- Availability of 36–40 hours per week
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking and working
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Solid experience in procurement and supplier management
- Experience with inventory management and forecasting
- Affinity with the agricultural sector
- Experience in e-commerce or an international environment
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g. Picqer)
- Strong analytical skills
- You live around Ter Apel
- You have valid working permit
- You have your own transport to the office
