As Delivery Driver Parcel at DHL Express you deliver parcels safely and on time from the depot in Nieuw‑Vennep. You drive fixed routes and ensure each delivery is completed accurately for both business and private customers.
In this role you work independently on the road, with clear schedules and no weekend shifts. Delivery Driver Parcel combines driving, planning and customer contact, with a strong focus on service and reliability.
Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering 50 to 80 parcels per day to business and private customers
• Independently loading the delivery van and organising shipments efficiently
• Planning and driving your route with support from a route‑planning app during onboarding
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along the route
• Providing professional and service‑oriented customer contact during deliveries

You work within fixed hours between 08:00 and 19:00, without weekend shifts. For this position, a temporary contract with prospects for the future applies. Delivery Driver Parcel is a practical role for those who enjoy independence and structured work on the road.

Wat bieden we jou

• An hourly wage between €16.60 and €21.58, based on experience.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• A flexible workweek of 24 to 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one-way).
• Pension accrual, 8.33% holiday allowance, and paid leave hours.
• Structured routes and modern tools for efficient deliveries.

Functie-eisen

• Valid driver’s license B with 2+ years of experience.
• Available 4–5 days weekly, between 08:00–19:00.
• Physically fit and skilled in customer communication.
• Eligible to request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
• Resides within 40 km of Nieuw-Vennep, e.g., Hoofddorp.
