We are looking for a Country People & Culture Location Operational Services (LOS) Manager to play a key role in shaping and leading our People & Culture operational services. In this role you will drive excellence in how we deliver P&C services, ensuring a smooth, high‑quality experience that supports both our co‑workers and the business. This full‑time position is based at our Service office in Haarlem.

A day in your life with us

As Country P&C LOS Manager you will lead the operational delivery of core People & Culture services, including Recruitment, Learning Delivery, People Analytics, Payroll, Mobility, Data Administration, and Absenteeism & Prevention. You will lead a team of 30 co‑workers with 9 direct reports (including 2 Team Leaders), be part of the Country P&C Management Team, and report directly to the Country P&C Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of People & Culture services in collaboration with our Shared Service Centre in Poland, ensuring effective coordination, clear accountability and compliance with agreed service standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the implementation of people and culture initiatives, programs, policies, and services.
  • Lead functional leaders and specialists to deliver consistent excellence in all relevant daily activities.
  • Provide support in the development of relevant people and culture policies, programs, and processes.
  • Manage and oversee operational P&C service delivery within the country to ensure risk, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Lead local P&C Support within the country and provide input on P&C policies, processes, and programs.
  • Participate in Service Delivery Forums to handle any changes to the Service Delivery Model, financial frameworks, and P&C Governance.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • University degree and 6 years of related experience, or a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, strong leadership skills.
  • Continuous process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to navigate in the unknown.
  • Flexible and stress‑resistant.
  • Advanced level of MS Excel.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in Dutch is an asset.
