About the Role

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for the supply chain, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the entire supply chain lifecycle.
  • Designing and overseeing the implementation of robust quality control processes, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve overall quality.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analysing data, identifying trends and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and reliability.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards and promoting a culture of quality within the supply chain network.
  • Collaborating with the product development team to integrate quality requirements into new product launches and design changes.
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimise supply chain disruptions.
  • Undertaking quality audits for current and new suppliers.
  • Working with the customer experience team to review consumer and customer complaints and create action plans to mitigate issues.

We Are Looking For

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role within quality assurance, preferably in a supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail; effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and show impact in a fast‑moving high‑growth environment.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
