  • represent your hotel as the go-to person for your team, our guests, and external service providers and partners in all matters


  • build a strong team by taking charge of recruitment, onboarding, and development while fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere


  • roll up your sleeves because you’re not just a manager but an active part of the team – leading by example


  • keep a sharp eye on the numbers, stick to the set budgets, and manage forecasting and cost control with precision


  • spot trends, streamline processes, and stay ahead of the game with strategic planning to keep your hotel moving forward


  • make sure everything runs smoothly by ensuring compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection, and other legal requirements


  • bring the Ruby Spirit to life by implementing our internal styles and maintaining quality standards.


  • work closely with your Cluster Manager and all relevant departments at the Corporate Office to stay aligned and connected


  • completed professional training in the hotel industry and/or hold a degree in hospitality or business administration


  • extensive experience in an operational leadership role or a similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy


  • strong knowledge of POS, PMS, and business management.


  • a motivating and charismatic leader and with your authentic and loyal nature both team lead and team player


  • a warm and welcoming personality and your communication skills allow you to shine in every interaction


  • a knack for charming guests, with a hands-on mentality to match


  • speaking fluently Dutch and English
