Salary
Stagevergoeding of €250,- per maand, accompanied by an interesting bonusregeling.
Responsibilities
- Manage our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Organise, produce and execute the content calendar
- Create engaging video content for platforms such as TikToks that showcase life at Status Pro or recruit account managers for clients like KPN
- Write vacancy texts and devise a smart distribution plan
- Promote, optimise and analyse vacancies and campaigns
- Set up employer branding content for different business units (Logistiek, Sales, Marketing, HR, Banking & Insurance, Finance, Data Science, IT)
- Use storytelling to highlight the success of candidates, clients and colleagues
- Assist in sales‑marketing activities aimed at converting marketing qualified leads
- Define KPIs and evaluate and adjust monthly based on results
Qualifications
- Currently studying an HBO program in Marketing, Communication, Creative Business Studies, Commercial Economics, Media, Information and Communication or a comparable field
- Available for 32‑40 hours per week and a minimum of 5 months
- Strong affinity for Instagram and TikTok with experience creating video content on these platforms
- The ability to act as a doer, creative thinker, curious and eager to start and develop yourself
