OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR

We are looking for motivated employees with experience in warehouse work.

Where are you going to work?

As a OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR, you will work for one of the largest companies in the Eindhoven airport cargo zone.

What are you going to do?

Personnel:

1. Manage the day-to-day operational needs of the warehouse, including personnel planning and capacity management to ensure a smooth running operation.
2. Manage and register sick reports, vacations, free time, and all other HR-related registration processes within the department.
3. Ensure safety and the well-being of the operators by enforcing all safety regulations in place.

Operations:

1. Ensure that start times, break times, and end of work times are strictly adhered to.
2. Enforce company regulations regarding safety, availability during work hours (no use of telephones), and no discrimination.
3. Ensure that all operators have the necessary tools to carry out their functions.
4. Train and certify all operators, aiming for multifunctional capabilities (all operators must be able to perform all jobs).
5. Maximize the use of locations by efficiently managing them for the most effective use.
6. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors of other departments and operations to ensure visibility, operational excellence, and continuity.

Process:

1. Manage the docks lot plan process.
2. Ensure a decrease in waiting hours for chauffeurs.
3. Manage departmental projects and ensure operational discipline.

What do we ask of you?

• Full-time availability.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Knowledge of English and Dutch.
• Proficient in using a computer.

• A salary of €3200-4000 gross.
