Warehouse Manager

Qualifications

  • You have experience managing a team in a similar organisation and/or sector

About the Role

As Warehouse Manager, you will lead our enthusiastic and experienced warehouse team and ensure that all warehouse operations run smoothly. You act as the connecting link between the warehouse and other colleagues within the Operations department. You ensure that stock is stored accurately and in compliance with applicable legislation. You actively participate in the operational processes, from receiving goods through to preparing customer orders for dispatch. All activities are carried out within the framework of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) to safeguard product quality at all times. You take your role as manager seriously. In addition to planning and performance discussions, you are responsible for creating a positive working environment. We expect flexibility, commitment, discipline and a strong results‑driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day management of warehouse operations
  • Efficient short‑ and long‑term workforce planning
  • Team management, development and training
  • Picking and preparing customer orders for shipment
  • Goods receipt and inventory management of supplies
  • Compliance with GDP guidelines, including drafting, reviewing and approving procedures and work instructions
  • Identifying and enforcing health and safety regulations
  • Performing all other tasks related to warehouse activities
