Our client is a well-known global operating company active in the ICT industry.
Our client delivers a total package to care about ICT-related systems and solutions on behalf of small to large global operating companies.
On behalf of this very interesting company, we are looking for a professional and dynamic Legal Counsel who will be part of a compact professional legal team. You will manage and coordinate all kinds of legal and commercial contracts, as well as some corporate-related affairs. In this position, you will be an integral part of the business, responsible for covering legal risks and supporting the business and company to grow further.
Profile:
- Master's degree in Law and/or job-related;
- Over 5 years of experience as a legal counsel and/or contract manager in a dynamic international ICT or related business;
- Strong analytical, pragmatic, client and business focus, hands-on, self-starter, team player, networker, dynamic, energetic, stress-resistant, flair, highly motivated, strong negotiation and planning skills;
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch. Knowledge of another language is an advantage.
