WeAreKeen is collaborating with MieleX to find their new Customer Data and Marketing Manager!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Customer Data and Marketing Manager at MieleX, you’ll build a reliable and transparent ecosystem for collecting and managing customer consents across all touch-points. You will help cultivate a customer-centric and data-driven marketing approach and strengthen a consistent, trustworthy brand experience.

  • You’ll be responsible for the international rollout and continuous development of our Consent Management Platform and touchpoint consent integrations, aiming to deliver seamless, compliant, and delightful customer experiences.
  • You’ll coordinate requirements with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear technical concepts for implementation.
  • You’ll manage touchpoint integrations across customer journeys in close collaboration with Miele regions and stakeholders.
  • You’ll guide consent and account data-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation in data management practices.
  • You’ll partner with Legal, Data Governance, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and operational processes.
  • You’ll act as the primary contact for customer related data protection topics.

YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF:

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field that sparked your interest in complex digital systems.
  • You bring 3-5 years of experience within marketing project management, consumer data and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • You possess a data-driven mindset, combined with an analytical approach to solving problems and guiding project decisions.
  • You are a confident communicator who enjoys presenting ideas and fostering alignment among various stakeholders in dynamic, international environments.
  • You are purpose-led and proactive, with a self-motivated approach to delivering high-quality outcomes and seeing projects through to successful completion.
  • You thrive in multicultural settings, and you are fully fluent in both written and spoken English.
