Are you social, curious, and interested in financial markets? Have you always wanted to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment on the largest trading floor in continental Europe? The Global Markets Traineeship is right for you. You will structure optimal deals for our clients and guide them through the complex world of financial instruments. The programme begins in September 2026.
Your Job
As a trainee, you will deepen your understanding of global markets and their influence on clients, products, and the bank. The traineeship provides ample opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Your first five weeks take place at Nyenrode Business University, where you will engage in a Corporate Banking Traineeship induction programme. You learn about the bank’s corporate side, participate in training sessions, and build an international network of fellow trainees.
After the induction, you will enter the Global Markets rotation programme. Over 24 months you will work in different teams on the trading desk, gain exposure to various departments, and may even experience rotations abroad in Frankfurt, Paris, London, or New York. At the end of the programme you join a team that best matches your skills and ambitions.
