Job Description

Our client is looking for a Logistics Strategy Manager to help shape and improve its logistics network and customer delivery model. This role is focused on translating business strategy into a practical and customer‑focused route‑to‑market approach. The successful candidate will work across commercial, logistics, and customer supply chain teams to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support route‑to‑market strategies in line with wider business goals
  • Design and improve logistics network solutions to support customer and commercial needs
  • Assess different route‑to‑market scenarios and recommend the best approach
  • Analyse logistics and transport data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as service, efficiency, and cost‑to‑serve
  • Lead cross‑functional projects related to supply chain and logistics improvement
  • Translate strategic plans into clear actions and implementation roadmaps
  • Support ongoing transformation initiatives, including system and process changes
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and act as a key contact for route‑to‑market topics
  • Provide recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders across the business

Requirements

  • Strong experience in supply chain and logistics
  • Background in route‑to‑market, network design, or supply chain strategy
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
  • Experience working with data, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in an international and cross‑functional environment
