This role is focused on complex operational and financial transformations, including restructuring, strategic planning, and post-merger integration initiatives.

The position has a strong international component, with projects primarily based in Europe (especially Amsterdam). Availability for international travel is required. EU citizenship or European work authorization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities and assignments

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-complexity operational and financial analyses to diagnose performance issues and generate structured insights
  • Break down complex problems into actionable workstreams for execution teams
  • Lead restructuring, strategic planning, and post-merger integration (PMI) projects
  • Facilitate workshops and exploratory discussions to structure solution pathways
  • Propose improvements to methodologies and delivery frameworks
  • Allocate and supervise team tasks, ensuring quality and timely execution
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and board-level stakeholders

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting or related strategic roles within technology companies / marketplaces.
  • Strong background in transformation, restructuring, or high-impact strategy projects
  • Proven team leadership and people management experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Availability for travel (domestic and international in Europe and/or India)
  • EU citizenship or European work authorization (strongly preferred)
