Company Overview:
Our client is a leading specialist in data centre construction, delivering high-quality, mission-critical infrastructure across Europe. We are seeking an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure the successful execution of CSA packages on a large-scale data centre project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily CSA site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and enforce high construction standards, ensuring compliance with specifications, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities adhere to HSE regulations, conducting safety audits and enforcing best practices.
  • Coordination & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track construction progress, manage schedules, and report updates to senior management.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site issues or technical challenges to prevent delays.
  • Material & Resource Management: Ensure materials, tools, and workforce are available as required for efficient site operations.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including site reports, inspections, and safety documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience supervising CSA works on data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural elements, including reinforced concrete, steelworks, façades, and internal fit-outs.
  • Health & Safety: Proven experience implementing HSE regulations, risk assessments, and site safety procedures.
  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise effectively with engineers and project managers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site and drive practical solutions.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field are preferred. Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, IOSH, or NEBOSH certification is desirable.
