Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate pricing strategies for spare parts in the European market.
  • Research and analyze shipping costs and competitors\' pricing.
  • Create and maintain adaptable pricing models.
  • Analysis of market policies and trends.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and optimize strategies.
  • Other commercial-related work.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years focused on pricing strategy in the automotive industry; aftersales parts pricing experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or Tableau.
  • Full professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead and mentor in a senior capacity.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of driving pricing decisions in a complex aftermarket environment.
