We’re hiring a Recruitment Partner to lead hiring for some of the most competitive roles in financial markets‑trading and quantitative research across Europe.
This is a high‑impact role partnering directly with senior stakeholders to attract and secure top‑tier talent in a market where the best candidates are scarce, highly sought‑after, and often managing multiple offers. If you are based in London or another EU city and would like to move to Amsterdam, the organisation will provide support for visas and relocation.

What You’ll Do
- Own end‑to‑end hiring for trading and quantitative research roles across Europe
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, shaping hiring plans and market approach
- Map and engage top‑tier talent pools, including hard‑to‑reach and passive candidates
- Build targeted, creative sourcing strategies to compete in high‑demand, niche markets
- Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience, from first contact through to offer
- Assess candidates for both technical excellence and long‑term fit
- Use data and market insight to influence decisions and optimise hiring outcomes
- Continuously refine processes to improve speed, quality, and conversion rates
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience hiring trading or quantitative talent across Europe
- Proven track record placing high‑calibre candidates in competitive processes
- Strong stakeholder skills—you can challenge, influence, and build trust
