Responsibilities
- Proactively approach occupiers for properties in our portfolio
- Viewings of industrial or logistic buildings with occupiers
- Conduct commercial negotiations with occupiers, real estate investors and developers
- Take care of proper contractual documentation
- Advise real estate investors and developers on the strategic positioning, marketing and leasing strategy of logistic and industrial buildings
- Advise occupiers on their real estate strategy
- Investigate alternative office locations for occupiers
Requisiti
- HBO or University Degree
- + 3 years of relevant working experience
- An entrepreneurial spirit where own initiatives and ideas are welcomed
- Sound language skills in both Dutch and English
