Wat je gaat doen

  • Process and check import and transport documentation via the import mailbox
  • Verify completeness and perform 100% checks in line with procedures
  • Create and manage import consolidations (oFlow) and registrations in Excel
  • Manage and store documentation in SharePoint (for audit and compliance purposes)
  • Check documents (such as T1 and origin documents) and identify discrepancies
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding missing or incomplete information
  • Process additional documentation and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations (such as DMS)

  • Starting salary from €3000 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
  • Fulltime position (40 hours per week)
  • 8.33% holiday allowance and pension accrual from day one
  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer

Functie-eisen

We are looking for an accurate and proactive professional with affinity for customs processes and logistics, who enjoys contributing to a smooth-running supply chain.
  • Experience with logistics processes and administrative tasks
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Familiar with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of TrackonTrade or customs documentation is a plus (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive working attitude
