Warehouse Associate Venlo - Roermond (Healthcare Logistics)

As a Warehouse Associate at a Healthcare departement, you play a vital role in keeping healthcare supply chains running smoothly. Based in Venlo or Roermond, you’ll be responsible for handling medical products with care and precision, ensuring they arrive safely and on time at hospitals and healthcare providers.

Working with modern equipment such as electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners, you’ll be part of a supportive team where accuracy, flexibility, and safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments and perform checks to ensure products meet quality and compliance standards.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare medical goods for dispatch.
• Inventory Registration: Process and record all incoming and outgoing items in the system.
• Goods Handling: Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, efficient, and inclusive workplace.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment.

• Good level of English communication
• Willing to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Experience in logistics or healthcare is an advantage
• Flexible and comfortable working in shifts
• Familiar with warehouse tools such as pallet trucks and scanners

What We Offer

• Hourly wage: €15.40 gross
• Contract: Temporary position with the prospect of a permanent contract
• Yearly evaluation to grow in salary
• Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Shift bonus: 25% extra for evening hours (after 7:00 PM)
• Travel allowance: Up to €9.47 per day
• Benefits: 29 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance (based on 40 hours per week)
