We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant at our headquarters in Alphen aan den Rijn. The role focuses on implementing recruitment plans for prominent clients within a 360‑degree partnership with a strong team.

Salary

Base salary €2.500,- to €4.000,- per month, with a progressive bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Realise clients’ ambitions by sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing professionals.
• Manage your own portfolio and develop new collaborations.
• Use all channels to build and deepen your network.
• Lead the full recruitment process from first contact to contract signing.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants, Talent Sourcers and Recruitment Marketeers.
• Analyse and report recruitment results, adjust processes as needed.
• Maintain daily client contact to map business and support new assignments.
• Be the new‑business and recruitment expert, and devise effective recruitment plans.

Qualifications

• HBO school level of education, work‑and‑thinking level.
• At least two years relevant experience in a sales/recruitment role.
• Commercial drive, proactive, team player.
• Ambitious and proactive in work approach.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Full‑time availability without a 9‑to‑5 mentality.
