You are a natural leader with logistics experience who can motivate a team to achieve the best results. Join a growing company in Culemborg as a Teamleader (Meewerkend Voorman), where your role as Teamleader involves managing a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting logistical processes. As a Teamleader, you will work in an environment with open communication, short decision lines, and the opportunity to apply your technical skills.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members
- Assign and delegate tasks
- Supervise progress, quality, and safety of work
- Identify and solve process issues
- Support the team on the floor when needed
- Take responsibility for achieving set goals
- Work on 3 shifts: 06:30–15:00, 15:00–23:30, 22:30–06:30
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?
- Decisive and organized leader who stays calm and in control
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics
- Experience in team management or supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- English at least B1
- Dutch is a big plus
- Full-time availability for 3 shifts
- Own accommodation and transport to work
WHAT DO YOU GET?
- Salary: €16.90 – €18.50 gross / hour
- Travel allowance: €0.23/km (from 10 km)
- Standard 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance
