Account Manager eCommerce

Job description

The eCommerce account manager oversees operations in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Switzerland, and Hungary. He/she collaborates closely with Sales Units and dealers to monitor progress towards eCommerce retail sales targets. To achieve these targets, the account manager takes responsibility for educating the network on optimal system usage and introducing new program functionalities. Additionally, the account manager actively encourages dealers to utilize PACCAR parts marketing tools, aiming to change customer ordering behavior by promoting the use of the DAF Webshop.

Objectives

• Achieve eCommerce sales targets in the allocated countries.
• Achieve eCommerce targets of active number of dealers and customers.
• Increase the usage of the PACCAR Parts marketing tools available to the dealer network.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills required for the eCommerce account manager role include strong communication skills, experience in eCommerce, and familiarity with sales processes and dealer networks.
