In deze verantwoordelijke functie leid je het facility management over meerdere campus faciliteiten en zorg je voor gecoördineerde operationele excellentie.De functieAls Facilities Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische aansturing van facility management operaties binnen een prestigieuze campus omgeving. Je fungeert als de schakel tussen regionale doelstellingen en lokale uitvoering, waarbij je consistente serviceverlening en kwaliteitsstandaarden waarborgt.Je leidt een professioneel team bestaande uit Facility Managers, Coordinators, Administrators en Assistants. Samen realiseren jullie operationele doelstellingen, kostenoptimalisatie en continue service verbetering binnen het complete campus ecosysteem.Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenStrategisch Management: Ontwikkeling en implementatie van cluster-brede facility management strategieën die aansluiten bij de business doelstellingen van onze klant. Je bent het primaire aanspreekpunt voor senior stakeholders betreffende campus facility aangelegenheden.Teamleiderschap: Leiding geven aan een multidisciplinair team door middel van coaching, training en performance management. Je bevordert een cultuur van professionaliteit, continue verbetering en resultaatgerichtheid.Klantrelatiebeheer: Onderhouden van professionele relaties met key stakeholders en proactieve identificatie van klantbehoeften. Je presenteert cluster performance metrics en strategische aanbevelingen aan de klantorganisatie.Financieel Management: Verantwoordelijkheid voor cluster-brede budgetbeheer, kostencontrole en winstgevendheid. Identificeren van kostenbesparingsmogelijkheden en leiding geven aan procurement strategieën en leveranciersonderhandelingen.HSSE & Compliance: Waarborgen van naleving van alle health, safety en environmental regelgeving. Implementatie en onderhoud van comprehensive HSSE management systemen en duurzaamheidsinitiatieven.Contract & Vendor Management: Professioneel beheer van contracten en leveranciers, inclusief monitoring van contractprestaties en tijdige hernieuwingsprocessen volgens best practices.Wat wij zoekenErvaring: 7-12 jaar progressieve ervaring in facility management of gerelateerde disciplines met bewezen leiderschapservaringen. Multi-site management ervaring is gewenst, evenals ervaring in healthcare, medical of technology omgevingen.Opleiding: Universitaire opleiding in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration of vergelijkbaar vakgebied. Erkende EH&S kwalificaties zijn vereist.Vaardigheden: Uitstekende leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands (native level) en Engels (intermediate+ level). Sterke analytische en kritische denkvaardigheden, met het vermogen complexe vraagstukken helder te communiceren.Competenties: Resultaatgericht, stressbestendig en flexibel in snel veranderende omgevingen.
