As a Back Office Associate, you will ensure the proper execution and monitoring of administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and processing employment contracts
  • Processing changes to collective bargaining agreements in systems
  • Managing client and employee files
  • Administratively entering temporary staff into systems (such as MySolution)
  • Assisting the support department and managing mailboxes
  • Processing salary changes
  • Drafting HR documents
  • Assisting with insurance matters, disputes, and financial administrative tasks


Job Requirements: You are a structured and proactive professional with an eye for detail and a hands-on approach.

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You have a good command of Dutch or English/Polish
  • You work accurately, in a structured manner, and are results-oriented
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You have experience with administrative systems (preferably MySolution)
  • You are proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • You are able to handle stress and are flexible
  • You have an SEU certificate or are willing to obtain one
