In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of financial records and will assist with contract management. You will report to the Finance Manager and, together with the team, ensure that financial processes run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and bank transactions
  • Executing and processing payments
  • Handling sales invoicing
  • Managing supplier records and contracts
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers and government agencies
  • Managing financial inboxes
  • Assisting with financial audits and month-end closings
  • Handling housing-related administration


Job Requirements: You have:

  • MBO+/HBO level of work and thinking
  • Experience in financial administration (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A meticulous, proactive, and results-oriented work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
