As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant, you will:
- Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Suite, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, and HR Integrations.
- Develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow Platform using Service Portal, Flow Designer and Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Build, configure, and maintain integrations with third‑party HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and HR metrics using Performance Analytics and custom reporting capabilities.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy, including role‑based access and GDPR adherence.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience, including 4–6 years in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow HRSD Suite.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and configurations.
- Solid experience in JavaScript and Glide API.
- Proven expertise in server‑side scripting and ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise HRIS platforms.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Translate HR business requirements into scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Automate complex HR processes using Flow Designer and Workflows.
- Design secure and compliant HR solutions aligned with data privacy standards.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
- Develop reusable scripts and components following ServiceNow standards.
- Work independently while contributing effectively within Agile teams.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
