Bike Mechanic

As a bike mechanic in the warehouse, you play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of the bikes. You are responsible for getting each bike road-ready, carrying out repairs, and performing preventative maintenance. You’ll work independently on both standard bikes and e-bikes, while also ensuring all repair data is accurately recorded. Every day brings something different, and you’ll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your work directly supports a smooth and sustainable cycling experience for customers.

You are hands-on, technically minded, and enjoy working with bikes or similar mechanical systems. Whether you already have experience as a bike mechanic or are just getting started, you're eager to learn and take pride in delivering quality work. You're a team player, but also capable of working independently. Safety, structure, and precision are important to you.

• You also recognize yourself in the following:
• You have basic knowledge of bikes and/or e-bikes (experience in automotive or other technical fields is also relevant);
• You have an interest in sustainability, mobility, and service;
• You are fluent in English and/or Dutch;
• You are available to work full-time (38 hours per week) on weekdays;
• You are reliable, motivated, and work with care and attention to detail.

In short: you're a problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of a mission-driven team.
