In this role, you’ll play a key part in the production process. You’ll ensure that the machines are set up correctly and that everything runs smoothly. Thanks to your efforts, production stays on schedule. Your responsibilities will include:
· Adjusting and monitoring production machines;
· Independently resolving minor technical malfunctions, working with the technical department when necessary;
· Performing basic maintenance on machines and equipment;
· Inspecting products for quality and defects.
You will work according to a fixed shift schedule: two shifts from 6:00 to 14:00, followed by two shifts from 14:00 to 22:00. After that, you will have two days off, and the cycle starts again.
You will be working for a leading organization in the ceramics industry. With nineteen locations throughout the country, the company possesses extensive knowledge and experience. The Deest facility produces roof tiles, while other locations focus on products such as masonry bricks. The work environment is open and collegial, and many employees have been happily working here for years.
The work location is easily accessible from Nijmegen, Arnhem, and Oss, but from big German cities such as Kleve and Kranenburg as well.
· A gross monthly salary between €3.600 and €4.000 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on age and experience;
· 25 vacation days per year;
· 8.33% vacation pay;
· A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
· Pension contributions starting from your first day of work;
· Free work shoes provided by Westerduin;

· Experience as an operator in a production environment;
· Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
