As an eCommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across key Bricks & Clicks retailers (AH, Jumbo, Plus) by developing and executing winning online strategies.

Customer Leadership

  • Develop, own and manage strong eCommerce partnerships with AH, Jumbo and Plus
  • Build and roll out customer‑specific strategies across assortment, activations, promotions and pilots
  • Proactively identify online growth opportunities and turn them into actionable commercial plans

Performance & Retail Media Management

  • Lead performance‑driven retail media programs in collaboration with Retail Media Services (e.g. sponsored products, display)
  • Continuously optimise campaigns through structured test‑&‑learn (A/B testing, hypothesis‑driven experiments)
  • Drive improvements in key eCommerce KPIs such as conversions, share of voice, (i)ROAS and ROI

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Navigate and align the collaboration triangle: Retailer - Retail Media Partners - FrieslandCampina
  • Connect online and offline sales teams to ensure fully aligned customer strategies
  • Work closely with category, marketing and brand teams to integrate eCommerce growth into broader business plans

Performance Management

  • Own and manage eCommerce customer budgets
  • Review and optimise business performance based on data, insights and retailer analyticsReport progress and future opportunities internally and to customers
